Refund Policy

No Refunds Exchanges Only
Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your shippment was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. 
To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and within 3 days of the delivery day including Saturdays. We will exclude Sunday only.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  
Exchanges
Once your Product/s is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether you will receive a merchandise credit of equal or lessor value. If your merchandise has been used or is not in the original condition the item will be returned to you and no store credit will be issued.
We only replace items if they were received defective or damaged and we must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at nobleculture2020@outlook.com and send your item to: 16613 Trevin Cove Manor, TX  78653.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 16613 Trevin Cove Manor, TX  78653.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit amount. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
